Taking 2 days off from the trip due to a sprained ankle. Glad I went to a podiatrist. Had to rule out anything broken and we're good. Just have to take it easy for a day or two.
During my sand crash yesterday, I suffered a small foot injury. My left ankle which had a bone-spur removed last year has not fully regained range of motion and the tendons on the top are still quite tight.
