8.5 Mile Hike today in the national forest. It was an 11.5 mile route but my 9 year old hound is not walking as fast as he used to. I think we can get to 11.5 miles but we’ll have to take more breaks.
I probably don’t have a detached retina but I’m at the Ophthalmologist for an emergency scan just in case. This is unrelated to the rave last night. I did spend 3 hours in the ER last night before the rave, had an ultrasound of my eye and they said it looks fine but the strobe lights on my left …
I’m 37. I’m at a night club. I’m drinking a G&T and I’m head banging to dubstep. I’m okay with all of this. Plus I need to up my stamina for Ultra in Miami next month when I do this for 3 straight days. Don’t worry, I’m wearing ear plugs. :)
@jtylko I should have worded that differently. Prior to my return, that’s how I used and stored it.
Apple Vision Pro #Crackgate is starting. Some users feel storing the device plugged in while in the storage cover is the culprit due to built up of heat. My AVP does get hot and I keep it stored 24/7 in the sleeve and plugged in so that seems plausible. Media hasn't picked up on it yet but …

It's that time of year. John Deere ride on mower maintenance. fresh gas, full consumables replacement and detailing today. Spring is almost here.
I’m also no longer obese but yes I know most of my fat is in my stomach. Not news.
According to my daily scale readings, I’m getting younger and gaining muscle. It’s slow but consistent.
Results of my first shooting match which is timed and from holster. Much harder than the Glock competition. Still a lot of fun.
New weigh in. One week later, maintained my 229lb result. Love this slow (1 year) weight loss journey.

Welp. Cruiser is sold. Paid $20K. Insurance paid me $12K for cosmetic damages when I rented it. Buyer paid me $12K to buy it so I made out okay and he didn’t mind the scratches
