@jsnell I capped mine at 4,000 knowing no one is going to read past 500 anyway but I look forward to reading yours on my AVP today during lunch.
Seriously interesting stat for my main blog. This is 16 years of blog posts:
@lakelady Thank you. I will be fine.
So this is what depression feels like?
Today was VisionOS demo day at work. I think Apple got it right. VisionOS demos really need that full 30 minutes and you really just need to let the person have a private space and play. It was cool to see everyone experience it in their own way. I do feel bad for those with corrective vision needs. …
VisionOS Office 365 Issues Solved. You can now install Outlook for iPad (wasn't possible on launch day) and Exchange is an option in the Add Account Settings. It popped up the right OAuth environment and I can now read my email on VisionOS.
I’m disappointed with the audio cinematic quality namely bass of the Apple Vision Pro and have not seen any photos of people using AirPods Max with it. Way better experience. Watching Tron Legacy and the audio just wasn’t the same as my home theatre. Yes, that’s a onesie. It’s cold.
I created a Reddit post summarizing the issue I'm dealing with - https://www.reddit.com/r/AppleVisionPro/comments/1aktpf1/office_365_email_doesnt_work/
Nope. Still can't login to Office 365. :(
Also, while I have this fresh photo I am still very much obese but I am down 38 pounds since last March. My size 38 @klimmotorcycle #BadlandsProA3 are now too big for me (anyone want to buy them?) and so is the XL jacket. (sigh) but I have about 20 more pounds to go before I hit my goal weight so …
Installing the VisioOS 1.1 Developer Beta and the only reason why is my hope that Office365 business accounts work after the update. Still can't check email on my device...a device made in 2024 that costs $3500 before tax and it doesn't work with one of the #1 email providers in the world …
A 5 year upgrade on iPad and iPhone and hopefully, Apple Vision Pro is normal yet after 2 years, an accident is on you u less you pay monthly. $25 for AVP, $7.99 for iPad and 9.99 for iPhone.
Been meaning to post this for a while but despite Apple upgrade cycles on every single device growing year over year, Apple has refused to offer AppleCare in 3-5 year intervals except only Macintosh computers (3 years) hoping you’ll just pay monthly forever. I need to do the math but monthly …
No one asked but here’s the flow to add AppleCare to your Apple Vision Pro. (Part two). Note, Apple doesn’t show you the pay in full price by default.

@chockenberry crossing my fingers a MacOS app happens eventually even without stretch goal achieved. Mac is where I consume most of my content.
Things are definitely coming together. I need to start building out the Mastodon integrations.
I think this Friday is when I’ll launch my new site. I’m getting in the habit of writing every day in anticipation. It’s going to be really challenging to post something 4-5 times a week though!
Made it to Florida for a funeral. 8 hours on the road, 2 of which in a downpour through Georgia. Rough stuff but Rosie always gets me there.
Made it to #MadisonFL. Everything in town closed at 6PM today so Iâm just going to read, write, sip some water and go to bed early. I ALMOST crashed on some super deep sand but almost makes it more fun than an uneventful ride.
I picked the wrong day to ride a motorcycle to Tallahassee Florida
170 miles and first stop for gas. Heading to Madison Florida today. The next 3 hours will be riding in the rain. :(
Yeah, I’ve been trying but I cannot get my personal email on my Vision Pro. It’s trying to login to Login.live.com instead of the office.com login with O365. Usually, it’s supposed to ask if this email is associated with home or work and I click work but Vision OS just defaults to Live and says the …
