8.5 Mile Hike today in the national forest. It was an 11.5 mile route but my 9 year old hound is not walking as fast as he used to. I think we can get to 11.5 miles but we’ll have to take more breaks.

I’m 37. I’m at a night club. I’m drinking a G&T and I’m head banging to dubstep. I’m okay with all of this. Plus I need to up my stamina for Ultra in Miami next month when I do this for 3 straight days. Don’t worry, I’m wearing ear plugs. :)

Apple Vision Pro #Crackgate is starting. Some users feel storing the device plugged in while in the storage cover is the culprit due to built up of heat. My AVP does get hot and I keep it stored 24/7 in the sleeve and plugged in so that seems plausible. Media hasn't picked up on it yet but …

According to my daily scale readings, I’m getting younger and gaining muscle. It’s slow but consistent.
Results of my first shooting match which is timed and from holster. Much harder than the Glock competition. Still a lot of fun.

Looks like I MIGHT have finally sold my BMW Cruiser. Guy comes by tomorrow to buy it. I’m going to replace it in a few years with a base model of the same bike because I love that motor but this touring model was just too big and heavy.
