Not a perfect time to have a vet visit but here we are.
So I am walking the dog but passed the hospital on the way to the park and it’s a beautiful day. I’m gonna take him over to the vet for a scheduled appointment put clothes away put dishes away, pack a bag and head to the hospital at 11 to take care of my wife.

I am one week out from being done with Invisalign but my rotator cuff is almost healed and my ankle is also healed. I also am down to 247 pounds so 20 pounds lost with more to go since I’m still taking the once a week injections.
I may be posting a little bit more this weekend, but that’s because I want to continue using this as a microblog despite knowing some of my followers, so apologies in advance
