I shot 90 minutes of combined 4K video on my insta360, GoPro, DJI Drone and iPhone yesterday. Video is here - www.youtube.com/watch This lead to a 950gb FCP file which filled up my 2TB SSD. I regret not doing 4TB when I bought this. Next MBP will be 4 TB for sure!

Maybe a reboot of both devices will fix it but this just started happening randomly. I have to press the sleep button on the iPad to get control back on my Mac.
Running all public builds of iPadOS and MacOS, Continuity Universal Control has become incredibly disruptive. When a notification comes in on iPad, my Apple keyboard and trackpad jump over to the iPad and I lose connectivity for 3-5 seconds. I’ve disabled the feature today.
Finalized the designs for our house remodel / tear down. We were going to go up a level but couldn’t make the financials work. Should start work in October.

True iPad Multitasking makes me so glad I ordered an M4 iPad Pro with 16GB of RAM. It was my hope that in the life of that device, I’d have been vindicated with this choice and that has arrived. Looking forward to iPadOS 26.
I’m waiting for the Liquid Metal redesign in 15 years which brings back brushed aluminum.

I really feel like Apple should just embrace iMessage for what it’s great at and not try to copy Messenger or Snapchat and just keep things simple.
