I don't have diabetes but since January, I've gone from a couch potato to being incredibly active. 1800-2000 calories a day, cutting out alcohol most days, hiking / running 10-12 miles a week, 3 workouts a week, classes all while recovering from rotator cuff surgery and doing 2 days of PT a week as well as a nutritionist bi-weekly.
I haven't lost any weight.
In June, I had a full metabolic panel + testosterone, all normal except the latter. Perhaps low-T is keeping me from burning?
