iCloud+ update, I bought 6 terabytes (again) and downgraded my Apple One Premier to Family (again) and it appears everything is working. Wife's iCloud+ is showing as me sharing it with her and I'm now painstakingly downloading 500GB of music from Apple Music that was deleted when Premiere was cancelled.

I still am waiting for the almost $200 in charges from Apple to fall off my AppleCard where support was trying to get me up and running.
