@Rycaut I am newly hired (13 months) at my current role and the process involved 8 months of applications, roughly 1100 of them and that funnel was 30 hiring screens where either I or the talent person determined it wasn't the role for me and 20 manager screenings then 15 full interview loops where I received 3 offers and accepted one. I was not spamming my applications but 1000 apps to 3 offers with 20 YOE is still wild. Services like this aren't helping - applyatscale.com/
