This should be a blog post but I've been posting "cost of Apple Fanboyism" annual posts for a while. Basically what's the cost of buying one device in every segment / line Apple has per year and that has creeped up a LOT in the last decade.

I think we're reaching a point now where, like Sony, it's okay to not have every thing that Apple makes. I returned my Vision Pro and I may be abandoning iPad this year. It's therapeutic to not care about every platform.
