On one hand, iPhone to iPhone transfer is nicer than iCloud because everything gets moved over

BUT

With a 1TB iPhone with 800GB of data, this “time remaining 8 hours" is pretty brutal. I should have done iCloud restore then let the iPhone download photos/videos/music overnight.

It is moving but it's literally transferring everything over.
