I'll be putting in the full $23,000 this year at age 38. Work match is decent so it's a combined $30,600 in 2024 contributed to 401K. 2024 Rate of Return is 16.5%.

I tell young people at my job that $30,600 in 2024 (for me) is worth $100,000 at a conservative 4% gain every year until I'm 70.
