I am trying to wait for that $499 price I saw a week before Thanksgiving, but who knows if it will come back. $509…well…maybe?

@apoorplayer The kid version of me is freaking out that we can get all the power than an M4 offers for $500. It’s insane.

My first computer was a Kaypro 2, with two 5.25 floppy disks, a 9” green monitor, and 64 KB of internal memory. It was considered “transportable” at 26 lbs. Cost was $1295.00, but you got a bunch of software bundled with it (Wordstar et.al.) The M4 Mac Mini is almost incomprehensible to me at $509.

@apoorplayer Kids these days have no idea how remarkable this is all is. Computers now are like black-magic-sorcery with how capable they are.
